excellent stay by the river

wonderful view convenient location cocktail hour

I stayed in a room on the fifth floor facing the quai. i saw major sites lit up at night, including the basilica. i also saw bridges and some residential buildings. It was quite a view. the cocktail hour was nice. the location was very convenient for shopping and dining.

the bathroom design was unusual. the entrance to the bathroom is through the shower. this design lacks privacy.

The hotel is near several cafes and bars. It is located by the river. it's also a comfortable walk to key parts of the city and major attractions. die part dieu train station is also easily accessible.

The room had high ceilings and large windows, so the space felt spacious. my corner room included four windows, and the bed was comfortable. the room had good natural light due to four large windows. This was really welcome.

The hotel has a club room. It offers complimentary juice and tea throughout the day. coffee is also available all day. guests can enjoy snacks and nibbles in the club room. I really enjoyed this.

friendly staff prime location nespresso machine

i found the staff helpful and friendly. the location was near the rhône river. my room had a nespresso machine, convenient.

The room was dark and the lighting was confusing. The switches were hard to figure out and the lights were quite dim.

dim lighting leaky doors

I did not like the room lighting. It was dim. The lighting switches seemed confusing, and more light was needed. the bathroom layout felt uncomfortable for a couple. The shower doors leaked. This made a mess.
