i found the staff helpful and friendly. the location was near the rhône river. my room had a nespresso machine, convenient.

The room was dark and the lighting was confusing. The switches were hard to figure out and the lights were quite dim.

I did not like the room lighting. It was dim. The lighting switches seemed confusing, and more light was needed. the bathroom layout felt uncomfortable for a couple. The shower doors leaked. This made a mess.
